Smiedst - Exclusive

This was a very bad and downright scandalous experience with Smiedst - Exclusive! The afromosia wooden garage doors and front door appear to be of good quality, but are not in accordance with the quotation, do not close properly, have damage and incorrect drilling holes and are not finished. The replacement of the glass around the front door was the biggest drama. We have been lied to by Smiedts Exclusive for months regarding the ordering and delivery of the glass. When it was finally installed after several notices of default, Smiedts Exclusive (Nick Smiedts himself) fraudulently and deceitfully and very deliberately installed cheap, defective and unsafe glass without reporting anything about it. We ordered and paid for high-efficiency 1.0 laminated glass (in accordance with the glass standard and with small children in the house) and apparently received the cheapest of the cheapest non-HR 2.8 thermopan glass that was not even laminated. A huge safety risk with small children in the house. Smiedts Exclusive has lied to us, cheated on us, robbed us and consciously and deliberately put our children in danger in order to put a few extra euros in its own pocket. Suddenly too high additional advances were requested. these had to be paid (not in accordance with the quotation) or no further work was carried out. A bit of blackmail that we had to give in to after everything was posted 4 months too late. The planning was very poor (non-existent) and the communication also almost non-existent from the side of Smiedts Exclusive. Dozens of messages/emails and telephone calls were deliberately ignored by Smietds Exclusive. We recently and after months of excruciating and nerve-wracking waiting and the deception/lies/fraud with the glass, finally terminated the collaboration by registered letter. So now we have to look for someone to clean up the mess of Smietds Exclusive. An absolute shame and this contractor should disappear from the market to avoid even more victims.
