STROOHM SERVICES

I recently had a charging station installed by STROOHM SERVICES in Edegem. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Although the price was right, the execution was anything but professional. The planning turned out to be very unreliable and communication with the team was quite confusing. Their inaccuracy led to an end result that was barely acceptable. Too bad, because I more or less expected the basics to be in order. Not knowing the legal rules resulted in the pole being rejected and I have now been waiting for a solution for months. Very amateurish.

What a fantastic experience with Stroohm Services! The charging station was installed very quickly and very professionally in Hamme. The craftsmanship was of excellent quality and there was a clear eye for detail. The finish was high-end and everything was priced correctly, without a down payment. The work was clean and took place according to good planning. The communication was very clear and professional. In short, a disciplined and friendly team that is definitely recommended!

Op voorhand foto's moeten doorsturen van de gewenste locatie van de laadpaal. Dit was perfect te doen volgens Stroohm op die moment. Op het moment dat de installateur aankwam, zei deze plots dat het onmogelijk was om de paal daar te installeren. Hij kwam met geen enkele oplossing. Uiteindelijk heeft hij hem dan maar de makkelijkste locatie gekozen en hem juist onder de zekeringskast gehangen. Zeer onhandig voor mij wel. Door gebrek aan onderdelen moest er nog een 2e installateur langskomen voor de afwerking. Aan hem ook eens gevraagd of mijn initiële keuze van locatie onmogelijk was. Hij zag geen enkele reden waarom hij daar niet kon hangen. Dus nu zit ik met een laadpaal op een zeer onhandige plek omdat ik vertrouwde op de expertise van de eerste Stroohm installateur. Ik heb dit ook gemeld maar deze mail werd gewoon genegeerd.

Service au top! Réponse très rapide après la demande de devis. Devis clair et détaillé, personnel à l'écoute des demandes. Installation propre, professionnelle et rapide, avec toutes les explications nécessaires à l'usage. La borne (ZenCharger) fonctionne parfaitement, le système de gestion est intuitif à l'usage. Je recommande vivement!
