Struyfs & Zonen

My experience with Struyfs & Zonen has been downright disappointing. We trusted them for years for our biennial maintenance, but after their last visit in February 2024, we were left with a persistent whistling sound that could be heard everywhere. Another plumber discovered that the damage was due to incorrectly adjusted parts, including a damaged metal plate and a cracked tube. It is clear that this is poor quality and unprofessional work. Even after an intervention on February 28, the problem could not be completely resolved. Our trust has gone, and when switching to rich gas in our region, we therefore called in another company. I can only recommend going for a more reliable choice.

Called on them for chimney sweeping, biennial checks and maintenance. Ask hard for an hour of work, but seems to me a market-based price. 1x asked for advice on central heating settings and they could not answer. Professional communication in advance by the administrative department, but less professionalism during the works.
