Unfortunately, my experience with Suwie was not positive at all. After paying a high deposit, communication remained chaotic and unprofessional. The works were never carried out and ultimately led to a lawsuit. The attitude of the company was downright rude. A situation to quickly forget.

Unfortunately I have to say that my experience with Suwie from Destelbergen was not exactly positive. After installing the solar panels, I have been waiting 3 months for the battery to be installed. The communication was inaccurate and chaotic, and I found the high deposit they asked very unprofessional. I expected more from this company and am disappointed with the way things turned out. Hopefully in the future there can be more coordination between what is promised and what is actually delivered.

Suwie came on her own initiative to put our inverter back online free of charge after a provider change. very satisfied with the service!

!!!VERY SATISFIED !!! I want to give 5/5 but this site doesn't allow that. I requested a quote for solar panels and a battery two weeks ago (April 9, 2023) and received the quote the next day. Always received correct information about how everything went (via email and telephone) and today (April 25, 2023) the installation was installed. Who does better ??? Highly recommended and a top company in my opinion! Not the cheapest in price, but the most reliable in terms of materials used and service. After all, this is an investment that you want to use for a long time and then I prefer to pay a little more money for quality and I got this. Special thanks to all this team. Keep it up!
