Disappointing communication and poor planning for installing a solar boiler
I asked T-Techniek for a quote for the installation of a solar boiler in Oudenburg and my experience was unfortunately disappointing. The communication was quite confusing and chaotic. Furthermore, the planning was downright poor and everything felt very unprofessional. The costs were also on the high side, especially with the high advance payment that was requested. I have not placed an order, now I receive a "reminder", I would immediately transfer 2,332.00. I would not recommend this company.

Unclear choice of location and poor communication at T-Techniek
I recently had work carried out by T-Techniek for the installation of a solar boiler. The installation went fairly smoothly, but not much attention was paid to the choice of location. As a result, my water pipes are not accessible and I cannot turn off my water taps separately. Moving the boiler would cost me more than 500 euros. The maintenance of the solar boiler is generally good, but the communication and response time to problems leaves much to be desired. Despite a maintenance contract, I had to be very patient to get an appointment. This summer I had problems with the overflow and it took three weeks before a plumber was available to solve the problem. Now I have problems again, namely no hot water anymore. Several appointments were made, but not once did anyone show up or did I hear from them. They are not available by telephone and I only receive responses by email. It is frustrating that no telephone communication is possible and that I have to make an appointment again and again without results. I have now tried to get my money back but even for that I have to pay first and then they don't show up. I understand that people can get sick, but is it really that difficult to call to let them know that they can't come? In short, I cannot recommend T-Techniek for the purchase of a solar boiler. Calling another company is not possible. 2 Tried and they say you have to go where you bought it

Third party report that resulted in notice of default and termination of the agreement.
Stay away from this company. In 2021, financial problems with the tax authorities resulted in garnishment for me as a customer. And then the misery starts with postponing, adjourning, not saying anything, planning, not showing up, adjourning.... moreover, just before the garnishment, she tried to make me pay an additional advance invoice on top of the advance of 5,000 euros that I had already paid (total of the planned works was approximately 16,000 euros for solar boiler and hybrid heat pump). There were two solar panels on the roof of the solar boiler at the time, for the 5,000 euro advance already paid. At one point I was even asked if I could pay the rest in cash (in other words, black). I'm not crazy yet, damn, I was put under garnishment by this company (you have to dare as a manager) and they then almost literally ask me to commit tax fraud. After insistence, the solar boiler was eventually completed. The hybrid heat pump never materialized. I have given notice of default to this company with eventual termination of the contract as the ultimate condition. They never collected the registered letter! Never heard anything from them, but they continue to advertise air conditioners, among other things, on Facebook. The managers have already gone bankrupt with the company Tant ((Maldegem) and you can also find information about this on the Zonnestraal forum. I also tried to involve the tax authorities in the problem at the time, but you actually don't get any real hearing, only the tax debt of the company's collection counts for them, so you can only pay the invoices you receive from such a company to the tax authorities as long as the deed attachment applies (you may think that such a company will still be with you in such a case). come to work...not so, they are not allowed to receive the money themselves). My advice, so stay away. I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with this company apparently (see other complaints). Are you going with them? in the sea you can only hope that they now have their affairs in order.

Literally in the cold
Underfloor heating and heat pump requested.... They quickly installed underfloor heating but unfortunately never tested it. Invoice already in my mailbox in the evening. They would come and install the heat pump with outdoor unit at the beginning of July. First she claims that we never said that we would move by then and then the pump suddenly has to come from Germany... They supposedly had to wait a year for it. Emails sent with empty promises such as setting a date but not showing up, then they are ill, then work at another site is delayed,... Always voicemail by phone....never calls back. Meanwhile, November 23 (quote of 22) and still no heating and hot water.... How they still feel good about that remains a mystery to me. Literally leaving a family out in the cold. Registered letter is not even collected from the post??? The company is now already known in the test purchase database! Has changed name several times.... Financially in bad shape. People who write bad reviews are blocked on Facebook.....SAYS A LOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

Please stay away from here! These people have absolutely no knowledge of installing a working air conditioning system, we spent the summer in 40 degrees without working air conditioning from T-Techniek. They keep you on the line all the time, they promise, don't keep agreements and just leave you with a faulty system. It's escalated to the point where we've had to call in a lawyer and even then these people aren't responding. DAS paid us a completely new system because it is not worth a lawsuit. Installation performed by LEC Energy Solutions from Waregem and look, it works !!!! T-Techniek asks for their money IMMEDIATELY upon installation !!! Now you know why! STAY AWAY, save yourself the misery!

After 2 years still unresolved problems with the HISENSE air conditioner. Despite all the emails and telephones we already committed. Emails are not answered, phone is simply not answered. When you leave a voicemail, they just don't call back. Can you please take action now, business managers of T-techniek? We have been patient for 2 years but nothing is resolved. Very very noisy air conditioning, recordings of which were emailed to the company. (not to mention other problems during and after the installation.) When I search the internet, apparently I am not the only one who has these complaints about your company... We are waiting for your solution and don't blame us for not being patient or not being flexible after waiting 2 years; When an appointment is made, no one comes by without warning. The appointment specifies a day but no hour, so you wait a whole day but no one sees. We cannot get rid of the impression here that when (at the request of the installer) payment is made in advance, then the matter is over. The installation is up and that's it.... In the event of problems afterwards, the company is no longer interested in solving them (certainly not within the warranty period) Also damage to roof tiles (broken roof tiles) during installation were "glued" together with black paste but tumbled back down 2 days later.... We were never notified by T-Techniek that they caused damage to the roof.... Dear T-Technique..... when did you finally solve the known problem? We already introduced you ourselves together with HISENSE NEDERLAND that left you speechless. (such as there were: 1) carry out some measurements under telephone guidance with HISENSE NETHERLANDS, this at the suggestion of HISENSE NEDERLAND itself after I had contact with them via email and telephone 2) or have it solved by another HISENSE installer whereby you perform the intervention - and cost invoice would pay. Is it too much to ask for a new installation to work properly? Your 2 employees also admitted during another intervention that the installation is not working properly and is making abnormal noise... Where is your honor and sense of responsibility? You would consult with HISENSE NEDERLAND..... meanwhile no more news...... I email you, but you don't answer.... You can call this frustrating... COME ON T-TECHNIEK.. ... DON'T LET YOU KNOW, FINALLY RESOLVE IT AFTER 2 YEARS, then I in turn can also write something positive about you (and will not fail to do so after correct handling) Update : after review by a hisense representative seems to have the installation not working correctly. There will be 2 new indoor units. Unfortunately I don't get an answer to my question when it will be installed. The check was already done a few weeks ago. Still nothing after weeks of waiting. No answer to emails either.... Well, November 2022 review by hisense itself. Units delivered to t-techniek in January 2023. Now, beginning of June 2023, no result yet despite 2 dates already set. No one seen.. This is really heavy facial fat loss. COME ON T-Techniek, now really work on it and keep the promises. The products were delivered to you, time to step up after 3 years of malfunctioning installation. Promise to come by this week Friday, June 16, after an unanswered registered letter from me to the company and further contact after the unanswered registered notice of default by us. We are looking forward to it. We have been waiting for a very long time now. I had removed the review posted above because there seemed to be some progress in the matter, but after new empty promises I now place it back including addition (below) of the experience with the company in question. June 16; the manager arrives, waits in his car until the 2 employees also arrive. The 2 employees are very friendly and a bit embarrassed because they know the whole story. The manager came in, went to the rooms without words, no hello, nothing.... installed while the 2 employees watched in the garden (they can't fix anything because this repair appears to be the domain of the manager...) The manager left finally as he came. 2 words were spoken, viz. "It works...." The 2 employees stood amazed and appalled as they watched their boss leave. Let's hope that "it" does indeed work now. We were promised afterwards by the manager to come and do a free maintenance and to extend the warranty. However, about this too, things are now being twisted by the manager. But I think emails sent speak volumes.... why always deny provable facts, T-Technique ?? I would say ; think before you leap......... Here it was a real soap opera, a negative experience like never experienced before. The rating with 1 star still seems very positive to me.

No after sales service at all!
They are very quick to install, but if you have problems afterwards you can wait weeks, months before you see them. The manager is lying that I think she believes it herself . " B is sick, I'm sick, work is overdue,..." always an explanation. If you contact other customers, you will hear the same explanation everywhere.

I received an email from Ranja for a visit. That name immediately caught my eye from her previous firm. Advance lost and not executed. Always promising a lot but always something came up. I totally recognize the reviews. Contact Finally given up. Fail!!! She still had my address and that's how I was contacted. She has learned the tricks well and everything is back to normal when I read this .

Once everything has been paid, whether things still need to be put in order for the work in question, whether you have any questions afterwards, whether there is an error during your warranty period, you will receive little or no answer. You have to send several times and often receive no response. Telephones are also hardly answered, so you are obliged to email or send via Whatsapp. You simply don't get an answer to this. Even detail matters are not finished correctly! such as, for example, the mandatory energy label and such other documents that must be put in order by them, are not delivered to the customers. Our boiler is defective within the warranty period and it is also impossible to get someone to come and have a look.

Fast and efficient heating operation.
Replacement central heating condensing boiler on gas and placing solar boiler fully executed as agreed in 2.5 days. Invoices correct and quick follow-up. Devices function normally. Check at commissioning ok.
