TD Cleaning Bvba

I cannot give TD Cleaning Bvba a high score for cleaning our communal garage in the Woonerf Peutiebos. The original quotation turned out to be too low to carry out the work and although a quotation is binding, the work was stopped after part of the clean-up. The TDcleaning staff has left the site without any finishing touches. Everything was quite messy and chaotic, not a water hose or spider brush. Overall, their approach came across as quite unprofessional. I hope others have a better experience, but for me this was disappointing.

The window washer was present exactly on the agreed date and time. The windows were professionally washed and this in a short time. Afterwards, when the sun shone on them, they shone like a mirror and the rain has less influence on them.

Bad start: did not show up to the first appointment. Annoying, since we had gone to great lengths to be home. During the second appointment, bad and only half of the work was delivered. The third appointment was okay. A colleague came who did a good job. Hopefully next time okay
