Negative experience with chaotic kitchen installation in Wezemaal
Unfortunately, my experience with The Kitchen Company was not positive. The installation of my kitchen in Wezemaal was chaotic on the day of delivery of our apartment. 8 months later, the natural stone worktop that was broken during installation has still not been replaced, the socket block has still not been installed (only a hole in the worktop) and the joints between the worktops are of such poor quality that you can get through them. look and water seeps through. The construction company has already reported this a dozen times, they say, but the kitchen builder does not show up. Is there after-service? Despite good cooperation with the sales department when choosing the kitchen, the finish was not as high-end as promised. All in all, not recommended for those looking for a reliable kitchen builder.

Ik ging naar deze winkel om te klagen dat er een probleem was met mijn zeer dure keuken, en niet wetende dat ik een beetje Nederlands verstond, was de dame erg onbeleefd over mij, tegenover mij, toen ze Nederlands sprak met haar collega's. Nou, Veerle, je hebt mijn lessen Nederlands zojuist de moeite waard gemaakt…

Ms Dehon redesigned the kitchen that was included in the apartment under construction that I bought. As I am living abroad, we worked our way around Teams online meetings in two time zones. She showed great flexibility, and most of all, patience with me. She proposed common sense alterations (some without a price difference, one cheaper modification and several upgrade options). She was attentive, ensured a personalized service and her deliberations seemed sound. She proposed modifications based on criteria I had not / would never have thought to consider (such as how much noise dB a dishwashers makes, the volume of a fridge, the height of the work plan, size of frames). Obviously, ordering a kitchen without physically visiting the showroom is tricky, but I feel confident we were able to design a good kitchen. Some of the extra’s I had hoped to order, like extending the Kitchen into a tv cabinet, unfortunately turned out to be disproportionately expensive and not the best value for money, but those were due to the price that the subcontractor charged, not the Kitchen Company. She also gave me good advice on how to match the kitchen with the rest of my apartment. I’m looking forward to seeing the end result in a couple of months.

Service SCANDALEUX !!! À FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!! Des voleurs, désagréables ! Aucun service après-vente. On doit leur courir derrière pour avoir une réponse ! PRIX TROP CHER, SERVICE DÉPLORABLE !!! À éviter clairement !!!!

Cela fait 4 mois que nous habitons notre nouvel appartement; cela fait 4 mois que nous avons des problèmes incroyables avec notre cuisine installée par cette compagnie : éclairage non branché, prises non branchée, hotte hors d'usage, frigo défoncé !!! Hier, un technicien est passé pour la hotte et a refusé d'intervenir vu le "chantier" qu'il découvre. En photo, l'état de notre hotte aujourd'hui, après le départ du technicien ! Un scandale !
