Hardening works are neatly done. Plantings were sloppy and, in the case of a tree, downright amateurish. Thomas Erkens declines any responsibility for an obvious mistake that prevented the tree from surviving, and does not provide any after-sales service. His communication regarding this point was downright rude. Too bad I chose this contractor.
