Contact with TIBEFLEX, from the first phone call on August 26th, was very smooth and friendly. Two advance payments were requested, but the company is reliable. The four roller shutters were thoroughly installed on the first floor on October 7th in just two hours. Everything works perfectly with a separate remote control for each shutter. This is a significant improvement to our home. We are very satisfied with our collaboration with TIBEFLEX.

I had some doubts, but TIBEFLEX really surprised me positively. They replaced the roll of a screen in Evergem and that went very smoothly! I noticed how neatly they worked, they left no mess behind. The communication was very transparent; I knew exactly what to expect. Also in terms of costs everything remained within the agreed price, which is always nice. All in all, a nice experience and definitely worth repeating!

I had a very bad experience with TIBEFLEX in Sint-Martens-Latem. They sent the invoice to an incorrect email address and not by post, so it never arrived. Months later we received a notice of default, while the promised work was not even carried out. Even though it was their fault, we still have to pay. Poor quality of service and extremely unprofessional. Highly recommended! Rating: 1/5

1. The experience did not go as planned. Men just came in with the key while we were still in bed. They were given the key because it was indicated that they would not arrive until 9am and we had already gone to work. 2. The finish may not have been done properly. This has already been examined with an architect who wanted the finish to be opened up to see whether everything has been made airtight, as white drops have been running down the windows since the windows were installed in freezing temperatures outside. Tibeflex didn't want to expose the finish, came by and wiped away the white. Two weeks later, white streaks again. I am waiting for a solution. After payment of the invoice, it is no longer possible to make an appointment.

A door and a large sliding window had to be installed in our rear building. We had a new window in our bathroom.

In our passerelle we looked for a curtain to darken and on the other hand to keep the sun out. Winsol had such a system. The blinds can also be placed inside. Tibeflex was the distributor we chose.
