Disastrous service: ignorant and responsible for extra costs
This man is a disaster!!! He is incompetent and unable to properly adjust a central heating boiler. My device was 3 years old and, according to him, was not properly adjusted. However, he could not do this himself and had a technician from Valliant come by because it was all under warranty. When the technician intervened, he could not detect anything wrong. The technician informed me that unfortunately he had to put the expenses in my name. There was no longer any warranty, so to speak. I confronted Mr Tielens about it and he suddenly didn't know anything anymore. Due to the incompetence of this paljas, I now have to pay for the expenses myself. He will never set foot in here again and not with my fellow apartment residents either!!!!
