Attention ! Timmerwerken Tielemans Peeters (Directors: Steven Peeters and Rachel Hilven) build roofs with little sustainable wood and then wood that has not been treated against fungi and insects, which is more than necessary in Belgium and has been the rules of the art in Belgium since 1970. (STS31)! Worse, they build roofs with Elliottis Pine plywood sheets that are not suitable for roofing applications and are only suitable for packaging and non-permanent structures (clearly listed in their supplier's plywood sheet folder). Elliottis Pine is a wood that is very sensitive to fungi and cannot withstand moisture...so it is not used for roof applications...They place on top of boards that are much thinner than what is stated in their offer and what was prescribed in the stability plan, they follow the engineer's plan is not, etc. After years of legal expertise, the legal expert concluded that the roof must be completely demolished. The roof carpenter Steven Peters has always introduced himself to us as Mr. Tielemans, an experienced roof carpenter from the region who was in fact already retired, it is his previous boss whose name he used. So he uses his identity. No name was mentioned on his quote. Steven Peeters has informed us that he has placed these plywood sheets with all customers. Now they refuse to take their responsibilities and pay the compensation. Apparently they have a lot of money for lawyers. They also have no insurance! If Tielemans Peeters has carried out a roof for you, ask for the delivery notes for material at your site, if they refuse to give them, you already know what to think and have an expert come and have a look.Timmerwerken Tielemans-Peeters also removes the reviews that customers write on Google…I have also added photos, parts of the court expert report and a case law in another case
