Very dissatisfied with maintenance contract and customer service
We had a maintenance contract for the oil boiler with Lampiris, which was converted to Total Energies during the first year. We could only get an appointment after we had paid for 1 year. After 1.5 years I called because I still had not received an appointment. Apparently we had missed 1 payment in the first year, but in the meantime we had already paid more than 12 times. But because that was a new year, this had not been received by them. So I could have just as well waited until the 2nd year was completely over and if we had not missed 1 payment again. But when I called they were going to enter that it was sufficient in the meantime and then they were going to contact me again about an appointment. This had been going on for a very long time and the first contact was a French speaker who could not speak Dutch while all our communication was always in Dutch. They were going to call me back but this also took a long time. And then they called every time I was working and after trying twice, the attempts simply stopped. After 2 years I contacted them again via Total Energies customer service. Through that I was finally able to schedule an appointment. But due to family circumstances I had to cancel it. After that it took a few months before we could arrange an appointment. Then they called a week in advance to say that the technician was ill and would not be able to come, the appointment was postponed for another month. Eventually the maintenance finally took place, but afterwards the boiler did not work anymore. We had contacted them with this problem, but were informed by Total Energies that they would report it to the service. But they could not give us a date by when we could expect a phone call. Only after 2 weeks we finally got in touch with the service. They could either come the next day (we could not ask for leave that soon because it was already afternoon) or only 3 weeks later because there was no one around before then. Only when we became a nuisance because they were the cause of the problem, a week later was suddenly possible. But if so, we are on that day and they let us know that the technician is ill. The next possible appointment was only 1.5 weeks later! We have now been without hot water or heating for 3 weeks!! So this will be 4.5 weeks anyway! If they don't cancel again.. and nobody can supposedly do anything while their technician has caused us to have this problem, in the middle of a cold snap in the fall! I absolutely advise them AWAY!! They don't give a damn that you are in trouble that they themselves have caused! You are also just sent from pillar to post when communicating! We and our family will NEVER go to Total Energies again, for any service! In the meantime we are looking into taking further steps against them!

Poor installation and service, agreements not met
We hebben helaas een slechte ervaring gehad met Total Energy Projects Group bvba in Oudsbergen. Na veel mooie beloftes en de betaling voor de installatie, werkt het systeem na meer dan twee jaar nog steeds niet goed. We werden steeds doorgestuurd naar externe firma's en van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Afspraken werden niet nagekomen en er was geen compensatie voor de problemen. Jammer genoeg moesten we ook vaststellen dat de kwaliteit beneden peil was en de prijs uiteindelijk niet correct bleek. Absoluut niet wat we hadden verwacht!

Professional installation of solar panels and battery, very satisfied.
Total Energy Projects Group bvba has installed solar panels and a battery in Riemst. The collaboration went smoothly and professionally. The craftsmen had an eye for detail and delivered a high-end finish. The planning was followed well and the communication was very clear. The works were carried out with disciplined and clean work. Very satisfied with this company.
Very satisfied with this company. Clear explanation from the seller Kevin. He always answers questions asap. The solar panels were installed last week on the agreed date with a cherry picker by super friendly workmen. The inspection has already been done today. Maybe not the cheapest but good service.

Well.... it works (after a lot of hassle), but a number of functions that the seller had proposed, turn out not to be there. Reaction afterwards: "You have not chosen a smart battery". Yes, I approved the quote because it was based on our conversation. and choose the most expensive battery in their range.

Total Energy Projects in Bilzen
I teamed up with the company Total Energy Projects in Bilzen for additional solar panels and a home battery. I would do the same again given the quality of the work done and the quality of the materials used. I made changes during the course of the project : more or less solar panels and a larger or smaller home battery. Mr. Tony Embrechts has ensured that all of this went smoothly. There was nothing too much for him either. That is why I warmly recommend this company to everyone.

1 star is still too much for this worthless company. August 17 they came to place our installation. We already have questions about workmen who crawl onto the roof without scaffolding and security. Result: a dented gutter in a new building in different places and panels with color difference. The electrician was supposed to come that same day, but sent his cat. After several emails and telephone calls later, the electrician would come the following week. The whole power box was turned upside down, but it was all compliant according to them. Coincidentally, my friend is an electrician and knows a little more about them than their incompetent staff. We had to pay the invoice immediately, otherwise the panels would not be inspected. We did not agree to this and I can advise everyone not to do this with this company. The panels were inspected with great difficulty, but Fluvius' papers are withheld until everything has been paid for. Meanwhile, our panels with color difference are still there and the gutter has not yet been repaired. The first appointment was canceled at 6.30 pm by the workmen because their planning was poorly prepared (day leave wasted). The second appointment was also canceled by the workmen because their van was overloaded and was no longer allowed to drive (seedy company?!). We have heard nothing from the company itself. Always call or e-mail yourself and you will receive an administrative assistant who is not allowed to decide anything for himself. The manager Filip Geerts is too cowardly to solve his dirty business himself. To all the people who even consider doing business with this company, don't!

De service houdt geheel op na betaling! Vragen m.b.t. de plaatsing en werking daarvan worden niet beantwoord. Zelfs de Installateurs hadden deze werkwijze voorspelt. Onbegrijpelijk als de factuur correct betaald is. Eigenlijk heel dom, ik had nog meer plannen ivm aanschaf elektrische auto. Bij deze nog even een aanvulling... Jammer beste Filip Geerts dat ik ondanks uw toezegging hier onder...nog altijd geen reactie heb ontvangen van uw sales manager. Ik zou graag uitleg krijgen hoe systeem werkt. Noch telefonisch noch via mail... respons.
