You can't count on promising things that they don't keep!

In the meantime I spoke with several previous customers and unfortunately now also have to write a bad review. Totalpoolconcept drained the pool in the basement in April 2022 due to an incorrect setting at the backwash that was set to continuous (backwash, which was said not to happen). They take no responsibility and completely pass the blame saying they were working with a subcontractor they had nothing to do with and there is no written document saying no backwash was allowed to happen. However, we only had contact with this man as a representative of Totalpoolconcept and he verbally confirmed that the backwash would be instituted at a later date. Result: freshly poured polyconcrete in the basement that was completely heterogeneous and feels rough, geothermal heat pump a few days old that is broken, whirlpool techniques that need to be replaced. Total cost of 32000€. Now it is an insurance issue, in which the expertise has already been postponed twice. So it keeps dragging on. Incredible recommendation!
