He did a concrete diversion and it was good, afterwards I signed to have a new terrace done. He came the first time when it was dark with the light of his cell phone, he never came back before the works start, because he doesn't come when we had an appointment. I had no choice for the tiles which must be bought by him. I have waited months to finally have the « finish ». Some of the works that were on the cutlery were not done. It has a lot of material and works well. But finishing and thinking about possibility are not his thing. Eg providing electricity under the terrace to have a light on the terrace or insert gutter pipes from the roof into the ground. Finishing around a staircase. Sawing the new floor well against the wall… cutting a corner yourself was not possible so the new floor is not against the wall. When everything was done for him I paid 3/4 pending the completion because he had left a « gap » sewer of 20 cm to 40 cm between the floor and the wall. To have the rest of his money, he filled those tires with pebbles to finish everything. All was too much for him. I waited months to get those pebbles. Then I paid the rest, I didn't want to fight anymore to have what I wanted. Months later I noticed that the panels of the diversion were not filled between each other as foreseen in the specifications. He never came back because everything was paid… More than 8000€ So it works well if we make good agreements in front edge, watch out for the finish. Make a good comparison of what is in the offer and what he has done!

Zowel voor het plaatsen van ons terras als 6 maanden later het klinkeren van onze oprit in Wilrijk (Antwerpen). Dit is puur vakwerk. De afwerkingsgraad is op een niveau waar wij alleen van konden dromen. Zeer correcte prijs bovendien én uitvoering alsof het voor hem zelf zou zijn. Zou zeker opnieuw beroep doen op deze firma en Raf.

Lang moeten wachten eer de werken aan onze tuin werden opgestart, maar alle tuinaannemers hebben het blijkbaar zeer druk. Eenmaal begonnen werd alles snel en professioneel afgewerkt: aanleg gazon, oprit, gravel paden, afsluitingen en houten terras. Alles perfect uitgevoerd en op basis van minimale aanwijzingen van ons. Raf anticipeert op mogelijke problemen met het ontwerp, draagt goede alternatieven aan en levert een prima service aan een correcte prijs.
