Delays and problems with demolition and shell renovation
This contractor is impossible to work with! They make a quote for the demolition + shell construction part of our renovation, without any preparation. In the end, they start demolition in September 2023 (which would make our house temporarily uninhabitable), these works take 3 months instead of a few weeks because only 1 or 2 people show up each time ... IF they show up at all. In the period after that, they still manage not to finish the shell construction to this day (17 months later), we only get excuses not to have to be there (leave, illness, no time for us due to other projects, ...) When they do get to work, hardly anything happens during a full working day, in the meantime it is really becoming laughable. For all the delaying factors, they also try to charge extra work or make a new quote that cannot be defended.

Goede vakman maar werkt de laatste dingen niet af. Heeft ons gewoon laten zitten met twee onafgewerkete stukken loodgieterij. Ondanks aandringen hebben we uiteindelijk iemand anders moeten zoeken.

Tevreden van de dienstverlening, kwaliteitsvol werk en aannemer denkt steeds mee wanneer de werken worden besproken. Muren werden uitgebroken, terugopgebouwd, sanitaire cellen opgebouwd en tot slot plafonds/muren bezet.

Na betaling van de factuur niet meer kunnen bereiken voor de afwerking van de karwei ... Weliswaar maar uurtje werk maar principe questie ... voor de rest proper werk geleverd , spijtig
