Heel slechte samenwerking. Niet aan te raden!

As an ex-employee I get as much respect as the customers. No respect. After always giving the best of yourself long days without saying a word about it and being yelled at every day by certain people you are treated in such a way this can no longer continue. Already 4 months gone from the company and still not received my payment to which I am entitled after having completed everything properly and nicely left it to the other ex-colleagues. Just like the customers we are simply ignored after contacting them several times. So customers are not the only ones who have problems here. Even people who have been loyal get the same!

Deze firma zijn oplichters. Bewijs jezelf een grote dienst en ga niet met hen in zee.

Zonnepanelen offerte betaald in april 2023. Na veel verplaatsen en ( zieke werknemers) geplaatst in oktober 2023. Was geplant in juli 2023. Hierna 4 maal niet door de electrische keuring geraakt omdat het allemaal mis aangesloten was. Probeer maar niet te bellen naar het kantoor want ze nemen nooit op. Ook de beloofde premie van de staat ben ik kwijt doordat deze prutsers alles op de lange baan geschoven hebben . Echt spijt van mijn beslissing. Grootste malafide bedrijf dat er maar is. Als ik een van mijn beklag maakte op mail, werd ik zelfs genegeerd. Echt onbeschoft bedrijft dat zou moeten opgedoekt worden.

4 jaar geleden zonnepanelen laten plaatsen op plat dak, dus dit is op een hellende constructie. Eerst hadden ze er 2 constructies achter elkaar geplaatst waardoor de 2de rij zonnepanelen helemaal in de schaduw lag door de eerste rij. De kabels zijn via het hellend dak naar de garage gebracht, de afwerking hiervan laat totaal aan de wensen over. Er was beloofd van 4 maal een onderhoud uit te voeren. Heb hiervoor zelf moeten kijken nadien was een afspraak ingepland voormiddag zelf een mail gestuurd wij komen niet langs zonder een voorstel te doen voor nieuwe data. Antwoorden niet op mails, bel je het naar het kantoor neemt er niemand op. In vergelijking met andere firma’s hebben wij te veel betaald. Werden ook uitzonderlijk onder druk gezet bij het langskomen voor de offerte

Vrij duur, dienst na verkoop is 0,0 en mijn batterij heeft 2 jaar niet gewerkt zoals het moet. Ze komen een code veranderen en dan zeggen ze dat er niks gebeurd is. Een ramp om met hun te communiceren ook in naverkoop.

Wij wachten al bijna 1 jaar op terugbetaling van ons te veel aangerekend zonnepaneel!!! Altijd een excuus, uitstel, "ermee bezig".. vaak geen communicatie zelfs! Heel frustrerend.

I am here to share our experience with this company: We paid for the entire installation on August 2nd (2022)(solar panel+battery+installation) We were expecting the company to install everything on November 16. I waited for them on the specified day and after no one showed up for a couple of hours, I called them. Shocking answer: They can't come until December 2. On the second day of December, they shocked me by saying that they only have the solar panels and nothing else, because another team will bring the rest of items and finish the installation. There is no worthwhile answer to that. After a series of e-mails, December 19th was set as the day they are going to bring the remaining items and finish the installation. Of course, no one came today. After that, of course, we contacted a lawyer (due to the fact that we’ll probably lose the premium we would’ve received and the lost 3 days off from work) and filed a police report. If you are thinking about a class action lawsuit because of the unfair business model this company is doing, feel free to write me an e-mail. Thanks for the 2 guys who placed the solar panels that was a nicely done job .Freelancer elektricien did also a perfect job(Fabio)Justin (technician Uw Zon)also great job!BUT: They didn’t respond to multiple inquiries from the lawyer, we decided to announce the consumer protection agency. After some time finally we got documentation necessary for the premium. But we are still short on some details: Why would they install some cheap chinese panels that cost around 120 to 180 euros while on the invoice is a different make and model? The details from the invoice doesn’t match with the reality and they are avoiding any responsibility. How can we ever use the warranty, if in the contracts it’s stipulated that we have Austa solar but on the invoice is Trina solar? We will prove that they scammed us, even if we have to go to court, because there is no guarantee that no one else will get scammed. Mvg:Norbert

Honderden valse en aangekochte reviews om toch maar aan die 4 sterren te komen. Maar de score daalt en daar wil ik graag aan bijdragen.. Lees vooral de, echte, 1-ster reviews die allemaal hetzelfde verhaal vertellen. Lokaal "bedrijf" steunen denk je dan.. wat een klucht. Uitstel, excuses, onbereikbaarheid, onbekwaamheid. Bespaar uzelf moeite en miserie.. en zoek verder :)
