VAN DER BAUWHEDE recently removed our old veranda in Kuurne and replaced it with a new one, and also installed a new outdoor pavilion. Although the end result was neat, we found the planning and communication along the way rather confusing. It was sometimes difficult to know what the next steps were and when. The absence of a deposit was an advantage, but the whole project ultimately felt a bit pricey. Despite these bumps, the work was ultimately delivered neatly. Hopefully they will improve the organization in the future for a smoother experience. We have noticed that, after 5 years, the roof glazing spontaneously cracks with the regularity of a clock. At the moment it is already the fourth. They replaced one small window themselves at their own expense, but, the rest was at our expense. When I have questions, I have to wait a very long time for an answer and our insurance broker does not even get an answer to questions.

I recently had a new veranda installed by Van Der Bauwhede from 8940. The work was carried out with excellent quality and the result is certainly impressive. The team was very professional and disciplined, resulting in clean work. In addition, they were friendly and no deposit was required, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I found the communication confusing at times and the price was a bit on the high side. Overall I am satisfied with the end result, but there are certainly still areas for improvement.

Unfortunately, our experience with Van Der Bauwhede was not so positive. 3 years after ordering, the roller blinds have still not been fully delivered.
