I regret to say that my experience with the CUBIC project by Van Laere in Wemmel has been nothing short of a nightmare. The construction quality is abysmal, with numerous issues that have gone unresolved. Van Laere's lack of responsiveness is frustrating, and they consistently deflect blame onto subcontractors, refusing to take responsibility. For instance, after a year, neighboring houses still suffer from humidity issues on the walls. Van Laere's solution? Superficial patchwork that barely lasts a few weeks. Whenever it rains, our underground garages turn into swimming pools due to shoddy construction and insulation. Our automatic garage door is another constant headache. It works for a mere two weeks, then breaks down. Despite multiple follow-ups, it takes them a month to send someone to fix it, only for it to break again in no time. Now, for the past two months, they've stopped responding altogether and have yet to send a technician. This lack of professionalism, coupled with subpar work quality, makes it clear that Van Laere does not value its customers' hard-earned money. My advice: steer clear of their projects and save yourself the headache.

Appartement gekocht bij Van Laere. De afwerking was wat mij betreft helemaal Ok. Tijdens de werken (Wemmel - en in volle coronaperiode) was de opvolging ook onberispelijk. Héél Vlotte informatie, niets op aan te merken Nu zijn er helaas heel wat problemen en dan leer je een bedrijf echt kennen. Huilen met de pet op ! Alles duurt weken en maanden. De onderaannemers zijn van een bedenkelijk allooi ….. komen niet en komen hun afspraken niet na. Eén voorbeeld om te illustreren. Het licht op gemeenschappelijke gangen bleef ononderbroken branden. Het heeft anderhalf jaar geduurd om dit op te lossen ! Nu zijn er ernstigere problemen. Er zijn overstromingen in kelder en garages Terwijl er nauwelijks water in sommige appartementen is. Wassen en een douche nemen tegelijkertijd gaat niet. Maanden. Garagepoorten blijven weken openstaan…. Een aanpak laat op zich wachten. Neen Van Laere , je moet niet reageren op deze publicatie. Spendeer je tijd in de aanpak voor het oplossen van problemen.
