Cleaning and maintenance

In the sales phase, Van Lommel had left a good impression and their price was right. Everything seemed to go well during installation. However, it later turned out that they had tiled over the expansion joints in screed, so that our tiles were broken all along this line. Unfortunately we didn&#39;t have any tiles left afterwards and everything has been broken out again.
