All experienced the same thing as so many other people here. Cheating, not keeping appointments, missing out on premiums, rejected once for connection, damage to my roof, not answering telephone or emails... Until my wife and I almost got sick of such a method and company. All I can say is NEVER do business with this company!

The panels would be installed in January. After months without any information or action, we declared them in default and asked for our advance back. So far without results. We hope to be able to employ a lawyer together with other victims.

Quote approved, installation date, never heard from anyone, not completed, ... This is really not a way of working.

Installation of solar panels good and just in time for subsidy approval, although I had to find an inspector myself, because Vannec could not be on time. We will help you as soon as possible" but no, no one is helping me. No one can be found at the address of the invoice. Everything is also closed at a second address that I could find somewhere. Impossible to find follow-up for the installed solar panels at Vannec. In a word: not recommended company.

First, panels were installed. Battery was not there yet. But installed inverter and battery weeks later. Inverter was not the promised one. Very difficult to reach and many empty promises.
