Disappointing service after waiting for weeks without hot water.
Unfortunately I cannot give VERHAEGHE NICO BVBA a good review. After six weeks of waiting and no more hot water, still no action had been taken. Communication was confusing and they did not respond to calls or messages. Ultimately I had to call in another plumber. Unprofessional and rude behavior makes me dissatisfied with this experience. It's a shame the service was so disappointing.
