Sloppy chimney work and poor communication, not satisfied
Unfortunately I can give absolutely no positive feedback. Vermeersch/Nick carried out sealing work on our chimney in Bredene-aan-zee, but the quality was non-existent. What was supposedly done was sloppy and dirt was left behind. The agreed repairs, i.e. replacing the lead around the chimney and working in the lead, were not done. On one side some new lead was slid under the old, this is clearly visible from the colour. The damp patches on the walls inside, remain clearly unchanged. We paid €600.00 for some botched work. Our email and telephone message were not responded to. A proposal for an amicable settlement at the justice of the peace in Ostend also did not yield any response. Definitely not recommended. Find a serious company.

Prima werk geleverd. Doen wat ze beloven, ze komen op de datum zoals afgesproken en indien ze niet kunnen verder werken door het slechte weer, dan verwittigen ze ook dat ze er niet zullen zijn. We zijn super tevreden.

Oplichter! Meer dan 900 € betaald voor 2 interventies. Lek was niet gedicht en ondanks veelvuldig bellen niemand meer gestuurd om het lek alsnog te dichten. Ook nooit factuur ontvangen. Eén ster is nog teveel!
