Vira ramen en deuren

Very bad communication. Advance paid in September 2022 with the agreement that the placement would be carried out in December, not the 10 to 12 weeks they advertise. Corona / China / other reasons were put forward and ok, I understood that. There was never any communication after the final order, even with payment of the advance. I always have to email / call myself. It is almost never recorded. Meanwhile we are in the month of March, complete radio silence. Phone is not picked up. I wonder when I will have windows. Not recommended!

A year ago I came to Vira to have new windows installed in my apartment (front and back). We entered there without an appointment and after a short conversation we decided to choose them to carry out the work. We have received a lot of information about the colours, installation and any extras, such as electric shutters. The works were carried out perfectly on the scheduled days and everything went as they had said. During the works, a marble stone on the window broke and they completely replaced it at their expense. I can say that the company does quality work for the right price.

Dit bedrijf is een aanrader. Prima opvolging en service. We hebben onze PVC ramen aangekocht , laten leveren en zelf geplaatst. Dit bedrijf is steeds telefonisch bereikbaar en elke telefoon wordt vriendelijk beantwoord en opgevolgd. Ze kennen hun product ! Marc
