Vuur & Techniek

2 and 3 years ago I had my pellet stove maintained by Vuur en Techniek. I had asked them to do this provided that my installer had gone bankrupt and they agreed. I was happy that they wanted to do this and have always been happy until today. They were always ready within half an hour. Today someone came who I contacted a week ago and who dissected my stove (took more than 1 hour, for the same price as Vuur en Techniek) while Vuur en Techniek had only ever loosened a side panel and cleaned the chimney (the employee did not even clean the chimney). Today I saw the smoke channels of my stove for the first time and much more. And they were so full of soot that it was a matter of time before the pellet stove was broken. I had told Vuur en Techniek and I thought that if they did it properly, the next pellet stove would come from them. But unfortunately after what I saw today that will not be the case

There they advise you on all choices. Once your choice has been made, Gert starts working as a true craftsman to bring your project to a successful conclusion. After an exploded and outdated oil stove, they quickly helped us out of the emergency. Without them we would have been without any heating that cold winter, but Gert had made a quick job of it. Beautiful and high-quality pellet boilers with a clear service in this family business.

We hadden vorige vrijdag een storingsmelding op onze pelletbrander van ökofen. Na een mailtje naar Vuur & Techniek werden we dezelfde dag nog opgebeld door Gert. Hij was bij een andere klant maar heeft terwijl via de telefoon richtlijnen gegeven waardoor het probleem snel verholpen werd. Wij zijn heel tevreden van de klantenservice van Vuur & Techniek!
