During the sale, all sorts of verbal promises are made. But beware: once the contract has been signed, every possible attempt is made to drive up the cost price by ridiculous prices, e-mails are systematically not answered, and the communication is anything but. Everything starts with an honest seller, and we certainly did not have one at Willems Veranda's. The advertising sign that contractually (also standard at Willems Veranda's) has to be in our garden for a year is painful to look at every day. After-sales service is anything but. For 15 meters of aluminum skirting boards 5 cm high, they suddenly charge around €500, while they were originally supposed to be installed (of course also only verbally). Next time I would definitely contact another company.

I did not have a good experience with Willems Veranda. They replaced our veranda, but the communication was rather chaotic. We regularly received contradictory information, which sometimes made it difficult to understand what exactly was going to happen. Although the final quality of the work was reasonable, the confusing communication made it a frustrating experience all in all.

Some are lucky, others less so. Our experience in 2023 with Willems was certainly not the best. Willems is good at: advertising, selling, beautiful showrooms, writing small print on contracts, passing on responsibilities as much as possible, creating invoices and enforcing payment before people arrive on site, ... Willems is very bad at communication, meeting delivery times, emails answer questions, handle complaints, ... We have no complaints about the aluminum construction, which is really good. However, the roof construction is a different matter, not to mention the gutter finish. According to Willems, a gutter is not intended to drain water! Understand who can understand. Look before you leap! Rather, make sure you have a good contractor who can take care of the roof construction and let Willems ONLY do the aluminum construction.

What a great experience with WILLEMS VERANDA! The veranda in Maarkedal was delivered with a high-end finish, exactly as we wanted. The correct price and good planning showed their professionalism. Top craftsmanship!

What a wonderful experience with Willems Veranda! They installed a beautiful residential extension in Ghent and the result is simply stunning. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was right and everything was done neatly and professionally. The planning was followed perfectly and the communication was clear and friendly. The craftsmen were disciplined and worked very professionally. I can definitely recommend them for any construction job!

I recently had my veranda installed by the company WILLEMS VERANDA. I must say that I am not completely satisfied with the result. The quality of the work done was not very good and the finish was rather basic. In addition, I also thought the price was quite high in relation to the quality delivered. The work itself was carried out in a neat manner, but the planning was very poor and chaotic. Communication with the company was confusing and inaccurate. Despite these negative points, I must say that the staff was friendly and professional. In general, I would say that WILLEMS VERANDA still has some areas for improvement, especially in the areas of quality and planning.

After 9 months our veranda is ready, but we are anything but satisfied with the collaboration! Very nice sales pitches but very poor communication and sloppy work. They sell you a veranda and say that you should not worry about anything, but that is not the case. We chose to work with their permanent contractor (in accordance). Do not do this! Communication between them went nowhere. We had to constantly ensure that progress was made. They were regularly unavailable for long periods of time. In April (2 months after demolition) the project manager (YC) came by to discuss the veranda. We had to decide where exactly our skylight should be located, where the spotlights should be placed,... he didn't even have a plan of the veranda with the measurement data! Fortunately, our kitchen builder had already come by and we had a plan from them, so we looked at it. We had to make important decisions in 10 minutes. It couldn't happen fast enough. He got angry because we were hesitating and he said he had other customers today. He was very rude to us in our own home! It was unbelievable! We can't say much good about the installation itself. Lots of mistakes. Most were repaired quickly, but not everything could be fixed. So we will forever be left with defects. We're still waiting for a sill that will never come. According to Willems, we have decided not to install a sill. We don't know anything. However, it is included in the construction contract, so we also paid for it. Conclusion: We feel cheated for a lot of money. Never buy a veranda from Willems.

The seller has sweet talks that are not followed, normally our living veranda had to be there at the end of September, beginning of October 2022 last year, everything has been delayed because the seller has provided us with incorrect information about all possible steps and the production period, the veranda has been made by professionals placed, nothing to criticize about that, she was only placed in July 2023, an additional fine because we were over 15 months after signing the contract. after placing documents sent for the premium, we do not get new glass installed because it would be over a closed veranda, which is not the case. sellers and after sales big zero. The installers deserve all the credit

Nice sales talk, but don't keep their promises. No answer, rude on phone contact. I regret that I went with Willems Verandas. Not recommended!
