On March 14, they came to us to install the window frames, doors and sliding doors. Upon delivery it turned out that parts had been forgotten. the side light at the front door was not included. The shutter was forgotten. and the mailbox in the front door was not in it. After installation it turned out that there was a lot of damage in the side panel of the front door, sliding door and the kitchen window was not good. In consultation with Marco everything would be fine. Made an appointment to install and repair everything on a Tuesday. Turns out they had scheduled Wednesday. Costs us a day off. Side light we ordered with milk glass is just transparent. We had ordered roller shutters with remote control, there is now one with fixed operation. There was damage to the stucco when installing the sidelight and a hole in the wall near the kitchen window. 2 days later they partially repaired this. Damage to stucco could have been prevented if everything had been ordered and delivered properly. Then everything would have been in it before it would have broken. In week 23 everything would be solved according to Marco. In week 23 no one was seen or heard at all. There is also no longer any response to the mail or app or telephone. More than 4 months after it should have been delivered, we are still left with the damage and wrong items and unfinished parts in the house.
