The worst and most appalling service imaginable! In April, the housing association (RessortWonen) contacted Wocozon and replaced them with Stedin. Until April, we had never had any problems with the feed-in measurement of our solar panels. After that, a technician came to install the new Wocozon device. After spending hours trying to install the device at our house, the technician indicated there was an electrical leak, preventing him from installing it. The Stedin device had always worked, and we hadn't had any problems until this technician arrived. The housing association then sent another technician to fix the problem. This other technician confirmed there was no leak and that everything was working properly. I had every confidence in this. After that, someone had to come again to get the device working. After three months of trying to get in touch to get it working, no technician has come, and scheduling an appointment seems impossible! The housing association sent an email, but Wocozon hasn't responded to that either. I've also called several times to schedule an appointment, but each time I'm kept on hold and promised the technician will call me, but this never happens. I'm paying higher rent because I'm supposed to receive some energy back from my solar panels, but that energy back hasn't been there for three months, and Wocozon's meter readings have been zero for three months. This is ridiculous. The housing association shouldn't be doing business with these kinds of disreputable organizations anymore! It's a disgrace.

De Monteurs waren heel vriendelijk en beleefd. Kwamen zelf zeggen dat ze de afgesproken dag niet konden komen. Voor mij vervelend, maar wel fijn dat ze het kwamen zeggen. Toen ze kwamen voor de installatie is alles netjes achtergelaten!
