Terribly bad service
Scandalous! Requested a quote from Xavier for urgent work. He was aware that this had to be done as quickly as possible. It was winter and my heating was broken. Not an extremely large job. After waiting 1.5 months still no quote. He then calls me to ask if I still want to carry out the work. I mention that this was urgent and was done by someone else 2 weeks ago. Suddenly I quickly received a document. Miraculously, this was not a quote that I had been waiting for so long, but an invoice. After reading the reviews I noticed that this is not the first time. I will NEVER go back here again!

Help and advice when it is needed, and always available.
Move radiator or replace boiler, from central heating to electricity. Have used them many times and always get my money's worth. I am very satisfied with this company.

Je les appelle pour une urgence. On doit me rappeler pour fixer un rdv après avoir vérifié leur planning. Ils n'ont jamais rappelé... Je préfère qu'on me dise franchement qu'ils n'ont aucune disponibilité ce qui me permettrait de m'organiser avec une autre entreprise.
