I recently worked with ZeDreno for the preparatory work for my new kitchen in Brasschaat. Working with the planning people went very smoothly and clearly with the necessary information. Also the people who carried out the work were punctual, professional, clean and all very friendly. I would definitely recommend Zedreno!!!

ZeDreno really impressed with the complete renovation of our bathroom in Sterrebeek. From the first conversation, the communication was clear and direct, and their proposal for the new bathroom was a bull's eye, which already gave a good feeling. Their work was of excellent quality; you can see that real professionals have been at work here and that they answer our concerns very professionally. In addition, the price was very correct for the results that were delivered. Everything went smoothly and organized, which was especially nice during such a large-scale project. We are very happy with the complete renovation of our bathroom by ZeDreno in Herentals. The team works accurately and leaves the place tidy after each working day. We also received useful tips and the contact with the work planner and project manager went smoothly. Although the work took a little longer than planned, we are very happy with the end result. The communication was always clear and the quality of the finish is excellent. Really recommended!

I had hired ZeDreno for a ground floor renovation in Zwijndrecht, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The quality of the work was not something to write home about and the finish was in my opinion quite basic. The communication was also chaotic and often led to confusion. The planning was inadequate and came across as particularly unprofessional. All in all, the renovation caused more problems than it solved. So unfortunately, not recommended for me. The house almost caught fire due to the electrical work that was carried out. An external expertise showed that everything was wrong. The manager did not want to know anything about this and ignored every phone call, email or message. Finally, the manager announced that he did not have time for us. This, while we shared 2 other beautiful projects of acquaintances during the work. What should have been a beautiful experience ended in disappointment. We will never recommend this contractor again. Our electrical work cost us an additional €3000 to get everything compliant by professional contractors. We are currently looking into taking further steps. Score: 2/5

**Score: 4.5 out of 5** Very satisfied with the complete renovation of our bathroom and separate toilet, they made my dream come true. Competitive quotation, finishing craftsmanship. Although the delivery time was somewhat delayed due to incomplete and incorrect delivery of materials by Desco (I cannot recommend them as a supplier). Always weekly follow-up and the customer's wishes were always listened to. And even if a problem arose, large or small, it was always solved immediately with the best know-how. I can only recommend Zedreno and I am already thinking about contacting them again for kitchen renovation.

We are certainly satisfied except for one point: the finish. Unfortunately, sealing was not done. We had not requested any painting work, but we do not understand why savings were made!? Too bad otherwise we would have given grain (*****)!
